Challenge Yourself to Grow
I started out as a Communication intern at our parent company. They could not get rid of me after I graduated college so, instead they hired me at one of the subsidiaries, Bankers Warranty Group – now Centricity, as a Customer Experience Coach! My goal is to make training fun and engaging; whether that is creating a silly music video for my video updates called “Lessons with Linds” or pretending to be Mrs. Doubtfire on the phone when training new hires to take phone calls! Centricity provides me the flexibility to be creative and do things the Lindsey way… Sí yo hablo español!
